If acting through a legal representative, a copy of the identification documents of the representative and owner must be attached, as well as the document that proves the legal representation of the interested party. The reception and processing of your data and documents will have as an exclusive purpose the proper management of your rights with a maximum response time of 20 business days counted from the date of receipt. The person in charge may deny the performance of the rights exercise when the applicant is not the owner of the personal data or the representative is not duly accredited for it, when the applicant's personal data are not found in his database, when the rights are damaged of a third party, when there is a legal impediment or the resolution of a competent authority, when the rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability or to be forgotten had been previously made.
